As a free benefit of Pro Xtra, it allows Pro customers to find and hire the skilled labor they need to grow their business. It simplifies the hiring process by allowing Pros to easily review candidates’ portfolios, experience, and qualifications. Pros can also post jobs for free.

The Path to Pro program is free. There is no cost for either the Path to Pro Skills Program or the Path to Pro Network.

Additional Training provides more resources that help elevate and enhance soft skills and provides tips and tricks that can help you begin your trades career journey.
The Path to Pro Skills Program is on demand with free, virtual training courses available whenever you need them. Students can go through the courses at their own speed, fitting them into their schedule.
